Disease Eradication and Elimination in Swine Farms
This course is designed for swine health professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in the principles and practical steps of eliminating major diseases from pig herds.
Participants will explore swine disease epidemiology, learn proven eradication techniques, assess economic feasibility, and understand the critical factors for long-term success. Through expert-led sessions and real-world case studies, the course covers PRRS, Mycoplasma, enteric and other key swine diseases, with a focus on strategic planning, diagnostics, cost–benefit analysis, and maintaining motivation throughout the process.
